Recycle: The chicken with the veloute potato and carrot sauce

Wow! Nothing beats data. I started posting recipes on November 9th, 2009. If you’d told me that I didn’t cook the same dinner twice  in a period of two months I’d laugh hard.  I always thought that it’s basically five to ten  recipes that I recycle every week . If you feel the same way, you’re probably wrong like me.  Your repertoire is probably bigger than you think. So, here today is my first recycled recipe.  With the family just recovered from upset stomachs, I wanted to cook something substantial but still mild and gentle.`Chicken with a veloute carrot sauce’ came to mind. That’s what I cooked for dinner and it came out just as good as last time. Thicker like puree than saucy this time. And it  felt really good to be able to get it quickly from the blog 🙂

Not sure it makes sense to make posts with recycled recipes.  If you read this, let me know what you think.  Should I post my dinner today even if it’s a recycled recipe, just to give you an idea or shut up until I cook a new recipe for dinner?? Maybe add new photos? (Photo added!)

  1. I love the idea of new photos, and I also love the idea that even .. you recycle recipes from time to time. 🙂 Keep it up!
