Happy Thanksgiving everybody with this simple and healthy sweet potatoes dish.
- Sweet potatoes
- Sea Salt
- Fresh or dry rosemary
- Olive oil
How to make: Peel and cut the potatoes as you’d cut them to make fries. Put them in a big bowl and toss them with sea salt, olive oil, and fresh or dry rosemary. Toss well. You can add some freshly ground pepper if you want or use a lighter vegetable oil. Pre heat the over at 375F/190C and cook until the potatoes are soft.
