Banana bread loaf

This is the banana recipe I posted a while ago in a round pan. I just wanted to show you what it looks like baked as a loaf.  I baked this for our family and since we have no dairy allergies I used 5 tablespoons of butter instead of oil. Also, I used self-rising flour instead of all-purpose+baking powder+soda. And because I’ll be gone for some time, I sliced it and put it in the freezer so my kids can have it while I’m out of the country.

Servings: 6 generous slices

Calorie count: 374 per serving
