Ingredients
- lettuce, chopped
- a tiny bit of sea salt or to taste
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- cherry tomatoes
- olives
- hard-boiled eggs
- parsley, chopped
- goat cheese
- olive oil
- apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar to taste
- sauteed crumbs (optionally)
Put together: Put all the ingredients together except for the eggs. Toss. Add the eggs and sprinkle (optionally) sauteed crumbs.
