Fruit salad with orange and mandarine juice


I’m busier that you can even imagine. I’m getting headaches everyday but I have good friends that feed me and help me relieve some stress. At a friend’s house I had this very tasty fruit salad. I didn’t make it myself, obviously, but I tried it and guarantee the taste. You may have to play with the quantities to get it where you want it to be but here’s the ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples cubed
  • 2 -3 pears cubed
  • 2 bananas cubed
  • pomegranate seeds
  • juice from 2-3 oranges
  • juice from 5-6 mandarines

How to make: Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and refrigerate. Serve cool. Optionally, you can serve with oat flakes and cinnamon.
