This is my version of Cosi’s signature salad. I love this salad! Something in the combination of greens, fruit and blue cheese is extremely pleasing to my palate. You have to try it.
- 5 cups spring greens or other combination of soft leaf greens
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup grapes, sliced
- 1/4 cup cubes of pears
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbs
- 2-3 tablespoons Brianna’s ginger mandarin dressing,
How to make: Toss well in a big bowl, put in a serving bowl and serve! The quantities are approximate. I don’t really use measure cups for the salad. Add walnuts if you don’t have allergy issues.
