How did the first day go? Don’t you just love this diet? And isn’t it great for summer? Here’s day 2.
Induction day 2
- 2 cups of coffee
- 2 scrambled eggs
- 1 cup of freshly squeezed juice
- 3 servings of fruit: 1 medium apple, 1 medium banana, 1 medium pear, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup of raspberries, 1/2 cup of strawberries, etc
- 3 cups green garden salad –vegetables only plus 3 tbps fat free or low fat dressing
- 2 cups leafy vegetables (spinach, kale, arugula, celery, etc)
- 1 cup juice from the cooked vegetables
- 1 cup cooked brown rice (measured after cooking)
Exercice: 40 minutes cardio
