The 4 Day Diet: Induction Day 2

How did the first day go? Don’t you just love this diet? And isn’t it great for summer? Here’s day 2.

Induction day 2

  • 2 cups of coffee
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • 1 cup of freshly squeezed juice
  • 3 servings of fruit: 1 medium apple,  1 medium banana, 1 medium pear, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup of  raspberries, 1/2 cup of strawberries, etc
  • 3 cups green garden salad –vegetables only plus 3 tbps fat free or low fat dressing
  • 2 cups leafy vegetables (spinach, kale, arugula, celery, etc)
  • 1 cup juice from the cooked vegetables
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice (measured after cooking)

Exercice: 40 minutes cardio
