This is hands down the best marinade for pork chops. Tested over and over and over again. The meat always comes out superbly tender and tasty. Try it! Rub each chop with salt, pepper, oregano, and rosemary. Make a layer of chops in your dish and add the liquids. If you have more, rub again with the dry spices and add liquids on top.
