Don’t let our Halloween decorations deceive you. This cake is not scary at all. It’s the easiest, most flavor-packed cake you can have tried. I got the recipe form a neighbor friend in Greece. The flavor from the orange juice makes it perfect to taste and smell. Your family will love it.

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup sunflower oil
  • zest from one orange
  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup chocolate sprinkles

How to make: Use a mixer to beat the eggs with the sugar until they become a pale white. Add the oil, orange juice, and zest. Beat a bit more. Then, add the remaining ingredients and mix until well-combined. Use the “stir” setting for the last step. Butter a pan and cook the cake in pre-heated  175C/350F for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
