    • The nice thing about this diet is that it is so healthy that you can easily adopt it for life. Of course, this is easier said than done but it’s worth the effort. If you follow it closely you will lose a good amount I believe, although it will depend a bit on your metabolism, age, fitness level, etc. When I did it following it to the letter, I lost about 2-3 pounds every week and I’m not technically overweight which makes it harder to lose.
