Ahi tuna with mixed greens and edamame


This is a `recycle’  recipe.  Check the `Ahi tuna and chopped salad‘  for how to cook the Ahi tuna fillets. As for the greens, this time I served the tuna fillets with  mixed greens, vinaigrette and plenty of edamame (great fiber food).  I get frozen bags of edamame from Trader Joe’s. I take them out of the freezer in the morning before I leave home and they’re ready when we’re all back home for dinner.
