The 4 Day Diet: Induction Day 4

Induction Day 4 is a lot of fun and very indulgent. Unlimited fruit, salads, juice, veggies, rice…  has it all. Enjoy! Try to resist, though, adding other food. It’s the last detox day.

Induction day 4

  • Unlimited fruit of any kind
  • 1 cup of green or regular tea
  • 3 cups green salad, add garlic if you want, add 3 oz walnuts/Brazil nuts/cashew nuts/almonds or sunflower seeds, 3 tbsp fat/low free dressing
  • 1 cup of freshly squeezed carrot, pear, apple, or orange juice
  • a bowl of high fiber cereal with 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 2 cups of brown ricee
  • 1 cup of cabbage soup (recipe coming)
  • 2 servings cooked or raw vegetables
  • unlimited plain water

Exercise: Rest day

Mydinnertoday’s veggie suggestion:

Steamed green beans with roasted peppers
