I feel so bad I left you hanging with the 4 Day Diet. I hope you are still on track somehow. I was off line for a few days enjoying Hydra and couple more with a broken internet connection. Hopefully, it will be a smooth ride from now on till all the modules are up.
Smooth Day 2
- 2 cups of coffee with up to 1 packet sugar and 1 tsp milk/cream per cup
- one 6oz low or fat free yogurt with some fresh fruit added if you like
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 1 cup of carrots
- 1 cup of chili (with or without the meat)
- one 4 oz turkey burger on a bun or 4 oz fish
- 1 cup of green tea
- 2 servings cooked veggies
- 2 snacks (see partial snack list)
- Unlimited plain water or seltzer water
Exercise:
40 minutes cardio, 20 minutes light weights
