Hey, it’s summer and I’m in Greece. I’m sure peaches are fine substitutes for apples or pears.
Push Day 4
- 2 cups of coffee with no more than 1 packet of sugar and 1 tsp of low-fat milk per cup
- 1 egg scrambled with 1 tsp oil for cooking
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 1 cup of cooked beans, chickpeas, lentils or other legumes
- 2 cups green salad with 3 tbsp of low-fat dressing
- 1 cup of carrots
- 1 small fresh fruit cup
- unlimited cucumbers
- 5 oz fish
- unlimited plain water
