The 4 Day Diet Push Day 4

Hey, it’s summer and I’m in Greece.  I’m sure peaches are fine substitutes for apples or pears.

Push Day 4

  • 2 cups of coffee with no more than 1 packet of sugar and 1 tsp of low-fat milk per cup
  • 1 egg scrambled with 1 tsp oil for cooking
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cup of cooked beans, chickpeas, lentils or other legumes
  • 2 cups green salad with 3 tbsp of low-fat dressing
  • 1 cup of carrots
  • 1 small fresh fruit cup
  • unlimited cucumbers
  • 5 oz fish
  • unlimited plain water


60 minutes of cardio
