The 4 Day Diet Pace Day 1


 

 

How was the Push module for you?  With very powerful attention getters for guests at home and gradually going out for dinner more frequently, it was very hard for me to keep up with the Push module. So, no weight loss for me but no weight gain, either. I checked the scales today to be sure. This will be an easier week for me and I have the mental energy to resume. The next module, the  Pace module, is designed to help you find your pace and keep going all the way.  I’ve had a great PACE day so far.

Pace Day 1

  • 2 cups of coffee with no more than 1 packet of sugar and 1 tsp of low-fat milk per cup
  • 1 cup of cereal
  • One 6 oz  low fat yogurt, with fresh fruit
  • 4 oz fish, skinless chicken, or turkey, or lean sirloin
  • 1 cup of cooked beans, chickpeas, lentils or other legumes
  • 2 cups green salad with 3 tbsp of low-fat dressing
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 2 servings of vegetables
  • 2 snacks (see partial list of snacks)
  • 1 cup flavored water
  • unlimited plain water

Exercise: 30 minutes cardio and 20 minutes light weights

Mydinnertoday’s fish suggestion: Steamed tilapia
