The 4 Day Diet Snacks (2)

Ian Smith in his book has a much longer list of snacks (150 calories or less) that what I posted here.  I won’t post the whole list but with these 15 , you have most of it.

  1. 8 saltine crackers with 2 teaspoons peanut butter
  2. 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  3. Half a “finger” of string cheese with 5 whole wheat crackers
  4. 1/2 whole grain bagel with 1 1/2 teaspoons light cream cheese
  5. 1 cup tomato soup made with water
  6. 1/2 medium cantaloupe
  7. 2 stalks celery  and 2 ounces humus
  8. Four large marshmallows
  9. 1/2 cup frozen orange juice (eat it like an Italian ice or sorbet)
  10. 60 Pepperidge Farm Baby Goldfish Crackers
  11. 1/2 cup vegetable soup
  12. 1 seven-grain Belgian waffle, 1 teaspoon syrup allowed
  13. 1 medium banana and 1 tbsp cottage cheese
  14. 1 small baked sweet potato with 2 tbsp fat-free sour cream
  15. 3 domino-size slices low-fat cheese
