Vasilopita 2011

Vasilopita, or Santa Claus or St. Basil or New Year or call-it-what-you-like cake is the sparkling and spectacular Miss popularity 2010 at Mydinnertoday. Congratulations Vasilopita! Almost 2000 views and counting. First posted last December, one of the first recipes at my Mydinnertoday, it has attracted happy visitors throughout the year, even in August (!), and exceeded 1,000 views this past December alone.  Here’s to a wonderful 2011 everybody!
