Boiled cauliflower made to Mediterranean perfection for your plant-based, Noom-green, or otherwise healthy lifestyle.
- one cauliflower
- salt, freshly ground pepper
- chopped onion (or green onion)
- garlic powder (or dried garlic)
- fresh dill (or parsley)
- olive oil
How to make: Place the cauliflower in a deep pot with some water at the bottom. Remove as much of the hard bottom part as you can. Bring the water to boil and cover the pot. Boil until the cauliflower is soft to the fork. While still hot put on a serving plate. Add salt, pepper, onion, garlic, dill. Drizzle as much or as little olive oil you want and squeeze a whole lemon. I put some extra olive oil and lemon juice on the plate so when the cauliflower is broken into pieces there will be enough to coat the pieces. Enjoy!
