Ingredients
- whole wheat bages
- low fat cottage cheese
- honey
- chia seeds
Put together: Toast the whole wheat bagel. Spread a tablespoon of low cottage cheese, drizzle about a tablespoon of honey and sprinkle some chia seeds on top.
