Quick, easy, and healthy put-together food ideas. This is one of my favorite go-to breakfast meals when I am hungry for something solid but I, also, have a craving for sweetness. #mindfuleating #mindful_eating

Ingredients

  • whole wheat bages
  • low fat cottage cheese
  • honey
  • chia seeds

Put together: Toast the whole wheat bagel. Spread a tablespoon of low cottage cheese, drizzle about a tablespoon of honey and sprinkle some chia seeds on top.
