This is another dish I made just before I left for my business trip. I’m posting it as a quick and healthy dinner idea. Not a whole lot to write for instructions. Wash the cod fish. Put salt and pepper and ‘bread’ them with flour on both sides. Shake off excess flour. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish on both sides. About 5-7 minutes on each side. In a big pot, put some water, couple inches high. Place a steamer tray at the bottom. Rinse broccoli florets and place on the steamer tray. Cover the pot and steam the broccoli until soft to the fork. Strain the broccoli, add salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Ready to serve.

I got this one fresh from Fresh Grocer on UPenn campus. Other times I get it fresh from the Farmer’s Market in Ardmore. I’m fairly certain you can find frozen cod fish at Trader Joe’s.
