Pizza express with whole wheat dough


This is the speediest pizza ever.  Fresh whole wheat  pizza dough from Trader Joe’s, pizza tomato sauce from Trader Joe’s again and shredded mozzarella for the top. About 40 minutes ina 425 F or 220 C oven. Done.

Notes and tips: Over the Christmas holiday I  invested on a dough mat with printed circles showing different pie sizes. It came handy when I had to roll the pizza dough flat.  I used both a rolling pin and my hands to bring the dough to match  the 8′  circle on the  mat.
