The 4 Day Diet Push Day 1


Have you been indulging a little too much with eating? Understandable. It’s summer and you need to free your mind from  worries. Hope you’ve been enjoying it. Don’t leave yourself with weight worries, though. Take a deep breath, enjoy the sea, if you’re close to it, and push your diet to the next level.  Count your bites and the quantities.

Push Day 1

  • 2 cups of coffee with no more than 1 packet sugar and 1 tsp low fat milk per cup
  • 1 cup of cereal with 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • grapes, unlimited
  • carrots, unlimited
  • one 4oz serving fish (or chicken or turkey or lean sirloin)
  • 2 cups green salad, vegetables only and 3 tbsps low fat dressing
  • 1 freshly squeezed fruit smoothie (200 calories or less)
  • 2 snacks (see partial list)
  • 2 servings cooked veggies
  • unlimited plain water

Exercise:

2 cardio sessions of 35 minutes each
