The 4 Day Diet Push Day 2


Mmm, I missed having eggs for breakfast….

Push Day 2

  • 2 cups of coffee with no more than 1 packet of sugar and 1tsp of low fat milk per cup
  • 2 scrambled eggs with 1 tsp of oil for cooking
  • 1 slice of bacon
  • 1 cup of mixed fruit
  • 1 cup of green tea or other types
  • 1 cup of cooked lentils
  • 2 cups green salad with 3 tbsps low-fat dressing
  • 1 apple
  • Unlimited sliced cucumber
  • 5 oz fish or skinless chicken or turkey or sirloin steak, or ground sirloin
  • 2 cups flavored water or seltzer
  • unlimited plain water

Exercice

1 hour of cardio

8,000 steps wearing a pedometer

Mydinnertoday’s suggestion: Omelette with cheese and how to make it.  Save the cheese….
