The 4 Day Diet Pace Day 2

I’m continuing to have great pace days. Today I’ve been good eating the 1 egg omelet, maybe a bit more than a cup cooked beans and 2 cups green salad with low fat dressing. My ‘sin’ so far has been a little piece of feta cheese but then I don’t plan having any burgers or the sandwich so hopefully I’m OK. I sure feel good.

Pace Day 2

  • 2 cups of coffee with no more than 1 packet of sugar and 1 tsp of low-fat milk per cup
  • 1 egg omelet with 1/4 cup chopped vegetables and 1 tsp oil for cooking
  • 3 pieces of  fruit
  • 1 sandwich with 3 ounces of turkey and 2 whole grain slices of bread, 1 tsp mustard or 1/2 tsp mayo and lettuce or sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of cooked beans, chickpeas, lentils or other legumes
  • 2 cups green salad with 3 tbsp of low-fat dressing
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed juice
  • 5 oz veggie burger or turkey burger or fish
  • 2 snacks (see partial list of snacks)
  • unlimited plain water or seltzer

Exercise: 45 minutes cardio
