The 4 Day Diet Vigorous Day 1


Did you  follow  the 4 Day Diet I started posting in June? Have you been wondering if I posted all the modules? I know I kinda cut you dry when I stopped posting after the Pace module in August.  I was doing fairly well until the beginning of August but then I started travelling and who wants to be on a diet plan when visiting Beijing and other fun places? 🙂  So, now that we are back home and slowly returning to our family routine, now it’s a good time to post the final module of the 4 Day Diet: The Vigorous Module.

Vigorous Day 1

  • 2 cups of coffee with no more than 1 packet of sugar and 1 tsp of low-fat milk per cup
  • One 6 oz  low fat yogurt, with fresh fruit
  • 2 cups of carrots (raw or cooked)
  • 2 cups of grapes
  • 1 cup of soup (non-creamy)
  • 2 cups green salad with 3 tbsp of low-fat dressing
  • 1 freshly squeezed fruit smoothie –200 calories or less
  • 5 oz fish, skinless chicken, or turkey, or lean sirloin
  • 2 servings of cooked vegetables
  • unlimited plain water

Exercise: 40 minutes of cardio
