I took this picture when I was in Hydra back in July. It feels so good to view it and re-live the feeling of relaxation I experienced at the beautiful Sunset restaurant. I start all my days –Vigorous or not, diet or no diet– with a nice cup of coffee. The first sip of coffee in the morning is a moment I have for myself, every morning, every time. And it always feels peaceful. The rest of the day can wait until I’m ready.
Vigorous Day 3
- 2 cups of coffee with more than a packet of sugar and 1 tsp milk per cup
- 1 egg omelet with 1/4 cup chopped vegetables
- 2 servings of fruit
- 2 cups green salad with no more than 3tbsp fat-free dressing
- 5oz fish or chicken or turkey or lean sirloin (no skin, not fried)
- 1 cup of green or other tea
- 2 servings cooked vegetables
- 2 snacks (see list of snacks)
- unlimited plain water
